Please read these before booking — they cover what we need on the day and how the deposit works.
Before we begin
- To carry out any work, we need access to a water supply (outside tap) and a power source.
- We accept cash & card payments.
- Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before we begin the service.
Deposit & cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully deductible from the final service. For cancellations, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to retain your deposit. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, the £10.00 deposit will be forfeited to cover administrative and scheduling costs. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and offer appointments to other clients efficiently. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
